OUR Policies

• Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your ​date. The remainder is due one week before the proposal ​date. Once you express interest, a quote will be sent via ​email. The deposit or full payment can be made via Zelle.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: The deposit is partially ​refundable (50% refundable) in the event the that you ​decide to cancel the booking. In the event that you need to ​postpone the booking, the deposit will be applied to a future ​booking.
  

• Service Agreement: All packages include an email, Teams or ​phone consultation, dedicated planner, decor set-up & ​takedown. During the consultation, we will discuss specifics ​regarding the desired floral arrangements, decor, cake ​flavors, champagne choices, picture & video style ​preferences and all the details that will make your proposal ​one-of-a-kind!
  

• Client Responsibilities: As our client, we expect clear ​communication from you on your expectations for the day, ​and that you will adhere to our policies and deadlines.
  

• Vendor Policy: We sometimes work with third party vendors ​such as musicians and photographers, who may have ​additional service policies. Those will be communicated to ​you before we confirm the service.
  

• Force Majeure Clause: In the event of natural disasters or ​government regulations or other unforeseen circumstance, ​we may have to cancel or postpone the booking. In the case ​of a cancellation, you will receive a 50% refund of the ​deposit. In case of a postponement, we will simply shift your ​date.
